Our History & Vision.

The Wedge has been operating in Glebe for over 10 years beginning as an espresso bar with delicious dishes coming from a tiny kitchen.

Over the years, through the great work of a dedicated team, the venue has made a name for itself by making seasonal menus and high-quality coffee.

In 2022 the venue was reimagined trading as a fully licensed restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, dinner and take away food.

The cuisine has European influence’s as the founders have Italian and Portuguese backgrounds with strong connections to French dining.
